End fittings are accessories designed to protect steel cables at points where loops or eyelets are formed. Their function is to prevent premature wear of the cable due to friction, crushing or direct contact with shackles, eyebolts or other metal elements, maintaining the shape of the eyelet and reducing damage to the support area.

Cable protection in live systems
