At Chavesbao, we have updated our online orders service: a new design, new list creation features, improved user experience, over 12,000 references and 24-hour service.
Among the new features, one of the highlights is to create and manage “favourites lists”, enhancing user productivity, who may now register the references they wish to use in future orders.
It will no longer be necessary to include an order reference by reference for an order which is usually repeated.
At Chavesbao we have analyzed our clients’ order process to be able to offer an enhanced e-commerce service, making order management more accurate, more precise, faster and more efficient.
As stated by Koldo Isusi, Commercial Department Manager: “Clients are searching for a tool which makes daily stock management easy. To do this, it was necessary to offer an improvement in the purchasing model, which took into account the volume of references included in a single order, and which, in addition, did not vary substantially from one to another”.
In addition, investment has been made to optimize web page browsability and user friendliness, through an improved web page design.
