Structural nuts

Structural nuts are manufactured to provide firm and secure joints in projects subject to high mechanical loads and tensile stresses.

Thanks to their greater height and robust design compared to conventional nuts, they provide a better bearing surface with the bolt, ensuring even stress distribution and a solid tightening in critical applications.

They are mainly used in metal structures, bridges, industrial buildings and transmission towers, where safety and strength are decisive factors.

High-strength nuts EN 14399-4

Our high-strength nuts EN 14399-4 are made of 10 HV quality steel and are CE certified, ensuring their compliance with European standards for prestressed joints in steel structures.

Their taller design compared to other nuts facilitates even load distribution and safe performance under dynamic stresses.

They are also available in different finishes: black (BL), zinc-plated (ZP) and hot-dip galvanised (HDG), which guarantee protection against corrosion in different environments of use.
